Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are seeking a proactive and experienced (Senior) Scrum Master with Full Stack development experience to join our Sovereign Cloud Automation&Tooling (SAT) team in Berlin. This unique hybrid role combines Agile leadership with hands-on engineering work — perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and technically challenging environment.

SCRUM MASTER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  • Coach and mentor the team on Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Identify blockers, track team velocity, and support team focus and productivity.
  • Drive continuous improvement through team metrics and Agile retrospectives.
  • Promote engineering best practices in the Agile process to enhance delivery outcomes.

FULL STACK DEVELOPER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute actively to the development of OCP and SAT tools, covering both frontend and backend components.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
  • Collaborate with DevOps engineers to enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
  • Participate in solution design discussions, perform code reviews, and drive engineering quality standards.
  • Write automated tests and support the team with debugging, performance tuning, and integration challenges.
