About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join a leading finance organisation. 

This is a hands-on delivery role where you will lead Agile squads through complex initiatives, helping to uplift delivery capability while ensuring high-quality outcomes in a regulated, enterprise environment.

You'll work closely with technology, product, and business stakeholders to enable smooth migration to modern cloud platforms while embedding strong Agile practices across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, showcases)
• Lead and coach squads through end-to-end delivery
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritised, value-driven backlogs
• Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement across teams
• Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) tracking and reporting
• Engage senior stakeholders and provide clear, concise delivery updates
• Support delivery alignment within a regulated finance/insurance environment

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master in enterprise environments
• Experience working on End User Computing programs
• Experience within financial services organisations highly desirable
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience working closely with engineering, DevOps, and architecture teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate in complex, regulated, fast-paced environments
• Experience with Jira, Confluence

Nice to Have

• Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe)
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Understanding of cloud landing zones or platform engineering concepts
