Position: Senior Scrum Master
Location: Hybrid, 2x per week in office (Toronto, ON)
Structure: Contract - 6 months to start
Pay: $70.00-80.00 p/h inc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 8+ years of experience in Software Projects
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience working on software projects working with APIs, Integration and Cloud
• Excellent Agile expertise with the ability to coach others new to Agile within your scrum teams
• Experience working with Jira, managing backlogs and creating solutions to monitor and improve Agile project delivery
• CSM or CSPO Certification for Agile required
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate clear examples, stories and solutions to advise and influence on products and software projects.
