PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experienced Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer who will be responsible for agile and release management of entire Enterprise Architecture Governance and Operations book of work. Responsible for leading the team in their agile transformation, leading multiple scrum teams, and working with developers to execute key functionality during scheduled releases.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor degree and related training or experience, including experience in a Scrum Master role
2. Seven+ years of professional experience, two+ years of experience working on or with agile teams, three+ years in a delivery role (developer, tester, architect, BA, business owner, etc.)
3. Working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
4. Detailed knowledge of several IT and non-IT/Agile skills and tools and their application.

1. End-to-end agile management of team, including agile training, scrum team coaching, and creation and reporting of agile metrics to management.
2. Assisting product manager with backlog refinement based on strategic input and key organizational priorities.
3. PI Planning preparation and execution.
4. Preparation and execution of work items during schedule releases.
5. Navigate the organization to manage dependencies and remove impediments.
6. Responsible for ensuring Truist SDLC is appropriately followed.
7. Work under minimal supervision.
