INTRODUCTION & SUMMARY

emagine is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master for one of our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive Scrum Master experience, with a proven ability to promote and maintain agile methodologies within diverse teams, primarily composed of engineers and IT professionals.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• SAFe certified Scrum Master with substantial experience across various teams and organizations.
• Strong communication skills paired with an innovative mindset.
• Proficiency in building strong relationships within teams.
• A proactive approach to enhancing team performance through optimized processes.
• Ability to foster a psychologically safe environment for team members.

You will be responsible for promoting agile practices within multiple teams and collaborating on overall enhancements at the ART and ST levels.

• Facilitate the migration of product features and enhancements.
• Develop Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) with your team.
• Support the creation of a comprehensive roadmap for teams and ART levels.
• Actively participate in the ST-level Scrum Master group to deliver relentless improvement OKRs.
• Engage with distributed teams daily to ensure effective collaboration.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement among your teams.
• Manage the ART setup in a de-scaled environment without a dedicated Release Train Engineer (RTE).
