As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise-grade, highly scalable applications. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to design, implement, and maintain automated and manual test frameworks, driving quality throughout the software development lifecycle. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, continuous improvement, and collaboration to optimize test coverage, reduce cycle times, and enhance the customer experience. You will leverage modern tools, programming languages, and GenAI to innovate testing approaches, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and support production environments. This position offers the opportunity to influence product quality at scale while working in a dynamic, agile environment with cutting-edge technologies. \n Accountabilities Design, plan, and implement automated and manual tests for new features, interfaces, and applications. Collaborate with developers and product managers within agile teams to deliver high-quality software efficiently. Develop and maintain automation test frameworks, tools, and test environments. Estimate QA efforts, analyze test results, identify potential quality issues, and escalate as necessary. Enhance test coverage, release velocity, and production health by promoting best practices. Participate in on-call rotations to address production issues, ensuring minimal customer impact. Leverage GenAI and automation tools to generate test cases and scripts. Contribute to process improvements and drive a culture of quality and collaboration. Requirements 8+ years of experience testing enterprise-grade, distributed, and scalable applications. Strong programming skills, preferably in Python, for test automation. Experience with API test automation tools such as Pytest, RestAssured, or similar. Exposure to frontend automation tools like Selenium or Playwright. Knowledge of version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, etc.) and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL). Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps concepts. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
