We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to lead mobile testing initiatives for our Flutter-based cross-platform applications with deep knowledge of native iOS and Android ecosystems. You will architect automation frameworks, ensure release quality, and collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences. Key Skills Strong programming skills in Dart, Java/Kotlin, Swift. Hands-on experience in Flutter automation (integration/UI tests) and Appium. Deep knowledge of native iOS & Android testing frameworks (Espresso, XCUITest). Experience with API testing, mocking/stubbing, and device farms (BrowserStack, Firebase Test Lab). Expertise in CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Familiarity with mobile performance and security testing. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with large-scale consumer mobile apps. Knowledge of Flutter driver migration to integration_test. Contributions to mobile automation best practices or open-source tools. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain cross-platform mobile test automation frameworks (Flutter + native). Develop automated tests using Appium, XCUITest, Espresso, integrated with CI/CD pipelines. Define test strategies covering functional, regression, and performance testing. Perform native mobile debugging (adb, logcat, Xcode, profiling). Advocate for shift-left testing, code reviews, and quality-first engineering practices.
