Role Overview We’re looking for a seasoned, motivated Senior Sales Development Representative to join our US Commercial team and take a leading role in driving our outbound pipeline strategy. This is a high-impact position for someone who excels at opening doors, engaging senior stakeholders, and creating meaningful sales opportunities in complex environments. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to bring strategic outbound campaigns to life. You’ll leverage insight, creativity, and persistence to connect with prospects and spark conversations that lead to real revenue outcomes. What You’ll Do Lead the outbound motion by identifying, researching, and engaging high-value target accounts aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile. Build thoughtful, multi-channel outreach sequences that are personalized, relevant, and designed to convert. Uncover business needs, map buying groups, and initiate solution-oriented conversations that set the foundation for the sales cycle. Partner closely with Account Executives to align on territory plans, messaging, and account strategies. Leverage data, insights, and tools to continuously improve outreach effectiveness and efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation of activities, conversations, and qualification details in our CRM. Contribute to team learning by sharing patterns, wins, and learnings—helping elevate the outbound practice across the organization. Support inbound qualification when needed, while maintaining a primary focus on outbound impact and quota achievement. What You Bring 2–4+ years of proven success in outbound-focused SDR/BDR roles within B2B SaaS or similar complex sales environments. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and activity targets. Ability to confidently engage and influence decision-makers across business and technical roles. Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and customer-focused. A proactive, accountable mindset with the ability to work independently while embracing collaboration. Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where experimentation and continuous learning are encouraged. Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools. Nice to Have Experience supporting enterprise or strategic sales teams. Background helping refine outbound processes, messaging frameworks, or enablement materials.
