Summary: We are seeking a Senior SecDevOps Engineer to join our team as a key contributor to the development and operation of our Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) backend infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable systems that support the cybersecurity services we deliver to our clients. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams to translate operational needs into robust technical solutions. Reports to: CISO & Head of Cyber Security Technology Is this you? RESPONSIBILITIES Translate business and security requirements into backend infrastructure features. Maintain and enhance the MSSP backend platform (Senthorus), ensuring reliability and scalability. Manage and optimize DevOps pipelines for infrastructure deployment and automation. Participate in on-call rotations to support critical systems and incident response. Develop secure APIs in Python to interface with backend systems and services. Administer and integrate PostgreSQL or MongoDB databases for secure data management. Conduct unit and functional testing to ensure code quality and system stability. Collaborate with internal teams (security analysts, customer support, etc.) to meet client-specific needs. Contribute to the development of AI-driven, risk-based alerting systems to enhance threat detection and response. Profile You are a self-driven, highly motivated technology professional with a strong background in SOC operations, backend engineering, and DevSecOps practices. You enjoy working on the technical foundations of cybersecurity and delivering high-quality services to clients. Experience & Background: Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or SecDevOps roles, ideally within MSSP or SOC environments. Proven experience in threat detection, and backend infrastructure. Strong customer service orientation and communication skills. Hands-on experience with Cyber Security technologies such as Endpoint Security, XDR, and SIEM platforms. Proficiency in query languages, SOAR platforms, and security product integrations. Solid understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix), cloud services, and infrastructure. Languages: Fluent English Plus a very good level of written and spoken French These would be a plus: Technical certifications such as Microsoft, SANS, CEH, … Cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, GCP, … Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in cybersecurity We are ELCA, one of the largest Swiss IT tribe with over 2,200 experts.
