JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Secondary Market Manager to lead and expand our secondary real estate sales division. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Dubai’s resale market, proven expertise in closing transactions, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role also involves mentoring agents, driving sales performance, and ensuring smooth end-to-end deal execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 6months - 2years years of experience in secondary real estate sales (Dubai market preferred).
  • Driving License Mandatory
  • Proven track record of successful property sales and client management.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s secondary property market and RERA regulations.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and close high-value secondary property transactions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor a team of secondary market agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide strategic insights to improve sales performance and marketing campaigns.
