The role requires strong organisational skills, professionalism, and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation. Job Descriptions: Provide full secretarial support to the CPO, including complex diary management, meeting coordination, correspondence, travel arrangements, and expense claims Prepare and format reports and presentation materials for internal and external meetings Act as department coordinator on administrative matters Support expense management and annual budget exercises Assist with ad‑hoc departmental support Job Requirements Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines 8–10 years’ experience in a senior secretarial / executive assistant role, preferably supporting C‑suite or senior management Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Excellent written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin an advantage Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
