ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Security Advisor-Data Protection to join our growing team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

• Provide expert guidance and recommendations on endpoint security best practices to stakeholders.
• Stay current with the latest endpoint security trends, threats, and technologies
• Participate in response activities to endpoint related outages
• Experience implementing and managing the endpoint security tools such as CyberArk EPM, FIM, EDR etc.
• Ability to coordinate with the Vendor to work or escalate about product related technical requirements, glitches, feature enhancement requests etc.
• Perform ad hoc duties and accountabilities as directed by the Information Security Manager special projects.
• Assist with the resolution of escalated issues and actively participate in problem management activities.
• As a member of the operations team participate in an on-call support rotation to ensure 24x7x365 coverage for critical core and customer infrastructure.
• Handle support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups finished in a timely manner
• Assist with gathering documentation to support internal and external audits.
• Develop metrics and reports.
