The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Security and Fire Protection Multi Operations Specialist to join the team in Renton, WA.
The selected candidate will perform multi-disciplinary security operations duties and report to the Renton/Moses Lake Security Manager.
In this role, your work will primarily be site-based with a regional approach specific to focused training needs. This position is perfect for a self-starter and collaborative team player who demonstrates a sense of urgency and initiative in determining and completing actions independently.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 5+ years of experience with site Security and Fire Operational
  • 5+ years of experience with contract management
  • 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project
  • 5+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience with Security & Fire Operations policies and procedures
  • Experience with badging policies, procedures, and standards
  • Experience conducting Service Level Assessment (SLA) reviews with service contractors; mutually addressing service delivery issues, lessons learned, and best practices
  • Experience reviewing Uniformed Security Incident Reports (USIR)
  • Experience authoring/editing written security instructions and/or uniformed security post orders
Responsibilities
  • Maintain oversight of the security contract and proactively manage daily security operations/tactics
  • Conduct reviews of Uniformed Security Incident Reports (USIR) and disposition for appropriate action
  • Conduct security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending improvements that mitigate risks to ensure alignment with current policies and procedures
  • Provide badging subject matter expertise and support to business partners, customers, etc. leveraging enterprise badging policies and procedures
  • Monitor operability of video surveillance, access management, and alarm systems and coordinate service when needed
  • Lead the Threat Management Team
  • Represent security as a point of contact for site projects and events
  • Collaborate closely with local agencies and business partners to enhance security programs that protect people, property, and information
  • Deliver excellence in customer service and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Integrate safety into day-to-day services and influence safety culture within the security team
  • Support off-hour events and incidents as needed
