Who you are: As a Senior Security Architect, you are our leader. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective IT Security Architecture processes for the organization’s Enterprise Information Security Program. In this role, you will manage a team of IT Security Architects, provide security leadership to matrixed project teams, and provide technical expertise in areas of application security, infrastructure security, and identity management. More than that, this role is about providing top-quality service and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. What you’ll do: Develop and oversee effective IT Security Architecture processes for the organization’s Enterprise Information Security Program Participate in IT project teams to ensure practices are meeting the established Frost standards and the applicable regulatory guidance (PCI, FFIEC, ISO, etc.) Lead and document risk assessments by identifying and evaluating threats, mitigating controls, and impacting risk probabilities Proactively contribute to the Security Architecture team to include direction on technical controls, program development, and metric reporting Facilitate and support Enterprise Information Security Program auditing and regulatory examination processes as well as IT risk and business enablement procedures Communicate with employees, vendors, and auditors to ensure that internal controls are in place and functioning properly Always take action using integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes What you’ll need: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Infrastructure Assurance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience 6+ years of experience in information/cyber security design or implementation, information security program development or Security Engineering Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and planning abilities Strong organizational skills Strong technology background (UNIX and Windows servers, networking, database, ecommerce) CISSP certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months Proficient in Microsoft computer applications, to include MS Visio, and Access Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional Preferred Skills: Knowledge of financial industry regulations (GLBA, PCI, FFIEC) CISA, CISM, GSEC or GIA certifications Our Benefits: At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
