QBE is seeking a Senior Security Engineer (Integration Focus - AT) in support of the U.S. Navy’s PEO IWS-X initiative, to design, implement, and test security systems that protect Critical Program Information (CPI). The role emphasizes hardware/software security, reverse engineering, and program protection across the system development lifecycle. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and test security measures to protect CPI. Plan and execute verification and validation (V&V) activities and test events. Develop AT Plans, PPPs, Security Classification Guides, and related technical documentation. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure security measures are integrated across the SDLC. Assess program risks and develop mitigation strategies. #qg #qf Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, liberal arts, or related field; master’s degree preferred. A certification such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ required. Must have the applicable 8570 / 8140 requirements including certification for IAT Level III. Must be able to commute to the Dahlgren, VA area on a daily basis. 7+ years of experience in security engineering, with integration expertise in Anti-Tamper (AT). Experience with hardware/software security and reverse engineering. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a logical approach to integration challenges. Expertise in security testing and documentation. Familiarity with SDLC, defense systems, and export control regulations. Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
