This is a critical leadership role that is responsible for developing and optimizing workforce operation. The Senior Security Manager must be able to develop and drive workforce productivity, execute the operations program strategy and interface regularly with the client and vendor partners on security-related matters. Activities include but are not limited to critical incident management, reporting, investigations, policy enforcement related to operational effectiveness, risk management, and employee engagement.
