The Senior Security Manager contributes to the security of Siemens Energy personnel, assets, and operations in the Middle East and Africa, as part of the Siemens Energy Security organization.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• The Senior Security Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation and compliance with Siemens Energy security governance requirements, including but not limited to travel and project security, security incident management, crisis management and business continuity, asset protection and physical security, executive and event protection, situation and threat analysis.
• The holder of the position provides tactical guidance, operational support, and security consulting to Siemens Energy regional/local Management, Siemens Energy employees and subcontractors, and works in close cooperation with external and internal stakeholders.
• There is a further responsibility to promote security awareness, conduct trainings (in close collaboration with other functions such as Cyber Security) and to deliver proportionate and cost-effective security measures to support the achievement of business objectives, as well as seeking to simplify and improve processes and procedures.
