Alongside our services, we are building a next-generation Agentic AI Malware Analysis and Threat Intelligence System designed for high-security, air-gapped environments. We are looking for a Senior Security R&D Engineer to become a key technical player in this effort. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the integration of advanced AI (LLMs, multi-agent orchestration) with traditional malware analysis tools to deliver highly automated reverse engineering, behavioral analysis, and threat attribution. You will work hands-on across the system, helping shape technical decisions, guiding other engineers, collaborating directly with stakeholders, and translating advanced concepts into reliable production-grade capabilities. Requirements Drive the end-to-end development of a complex, multi-component system, including LLM pipelines, agent orchestration layers, static and dynamic analysis engines, and local CTI knowledge base integration Design and implement systems for air-gapped/on-prem deployments, including model lifecycle management, secure update mechanisms, data isolation, and system hardening Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions across the platform Review designs, code, and technical implementations to ensure quality, maintainability, and reliability Drive complex technical initiatives from concept through production deployment Contribute to the evolution of platform capabilities based on customer requirements and operational feedback Mentor and support other developers while maintaining a high engineering standard Skills and Experience 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in C++ and/or Rust Cybersecurity background in at least one of the following: Malware Analysis, Reverse Engineering, Vulnerability Research, or adjacent cybersecurity domains Familiarity with reverse engineering tools such as IDA, Frida, Ghidra, or similar Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system design capabilities Ability to operate across the full development lifecycle, from technical design and architecture discussions through implementation and delivery Experience leading technical initiatives and driving projects independently Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English Advantage: Experience working with LLMs, Deep Learning models, and ML pipelines Experience with agentic workflows, autonomous agents, or multi-agent orchestration frameworks Experience with static analysis, dynamic analysis, sandboxing, behavioral analysis, or binary instrumentation Experience working in air-gapped or highly restricted environments Why Cyberillium?
