The role includes managing the IT asset lifecycle (discovery, inventory, monitoring for failures), delivering onsite assistance for incident resolution, and ensuring business continuity and system availability. Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in IT, have 5+ years of corporate support experience, strong troubleshooting skills in hardware/software, and the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments while driving process improvements.
