Job Category We are looking for a seasoned Senior SEO & Brand Strategy Manager to lead marketing and branding initiatives across multiple websites in our credit card and banking categories. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our brand's voice and enhancing our digital presence across various platforms. Responsibilities Oversee website redesigns to improve engagement, user experience, and brand alignment. Collaborate with web developers and designers to integrate best practices in user experience (UX) and search engine optimization (SEO). Continuously monitor website performance, using data-driven insights to improve content and functionality. Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our digital platforms. Work closely with the creative, development, and editorial teams to create tools and resources to enhance our value propositions. Develop and execute branding strategies that enhance our market position and brand recognition. Work closely with the creative team to maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that support company goals and drive growth. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to inform and refine marketing strategies and initiatives. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting as needed to optimize results. Requirements 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or a related field, with a focus on SEO and branding. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. Proven record of successfully managing website redesign projects and creating impactful marketing materials. Strong expertise in SEO, digital marketing, and brand management. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling PowerPoint decks and marketing content. Experience working with creative teams and managing cross-functional projects. Proficient in marketing software and tools, including content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and CRM platforms. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire others. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
