Description

We are seeking a senior SEO executive to join our dynamic performance marketing department in the SEO team and contribute to our fast growth through supporting and working alongside the SEO Manager and delivering effective SEO strategies to a wide range of clients.

Responsibilities

Keyword Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords for various campaigns and website optimisation.
  • Analyse keyword competitiveness and search trends to enhance content and drive organic traffic.

On-Page Optimisation:

  • Optimise website content, meta tags, headings, and other elements to improve on-page SEO and user experience.
  • Ensure proper internal linking, schema markup, and mobile optimisation for enhanced search engine rankings.

Off-Page Optimisation:

  • Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to increase the website’s authority and visibility.
  • Manage outreach efforts and collaborate with external partners to secure high-quality and relevant backlinks for clients and ourselves.

Technical SEO:

  • Monitor website performance, identify technical issues affecting SEO, and provide fixes and or recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement larger technical SEO enhancements, such as site speed optimisation.

Content Strategy:

  • Create high level content as well as collaborate with other content creators to develop and optimise engaging, SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and audience intent.
  • Conduct content audits and provide insights for content optimisation and improvement.

SEO Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilise various SEO tools and analytics platforms to measure and analyse campaign performance, traffic, conversions, and other relevant metrics.
  • Monitor and analyse competitor strategies and performance to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc SEO reports, showcasing key performance indicators and actionable insights.
  • Lead client report meetings, as well as assist the SEO manager where required, on a monthly basis keeping them updated on performance providing transparency.

Stay Updated with SEO Trends:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO best practices.
  • Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition and adapt to evolving search engine requirements.

Outside of the above you may also work with the wider team on certain elements of deliverables where necessary. And where needed, speak to clients regularly for monthly reports, updating them on progress and results, and generally working closely with them.
