REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads campaign management.
• Proven track record of delivering positive ROI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills, A/B testing experience, and proficiency in conversion tracking.
• Up-to-date knowledge of bidding strategies, ad formats, and best practices.Self-motivated, independent, and capable of managing full campaign lifecycles.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite .
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and email marketing .
• Experience in the interior or building services industry.

• Set up, manage, and optimise ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads , and other relevant platforms.
• Scale ad spend effectively while maintaining strong ROI.
• Develop, test, and refine campaign strategies using performance analytics and market trends.
• Identify and target high-value audiences for maximum impact.Present and execute growth strategies to boost customer acquisition and brand visibility.
