We’re looking for an experience SEO lead to drive fast growth in our SEO channel across our digital ecosystem. This is a strategic and hands-on role, working closely with our agency partners, developers, and internal teams to deliver measurable, fast paced growth. You will be responsible for: Drive significant growth in our SEO visits and revenue Lead, develop and manage a team of 13 Designing, executing, and measuring SEO strategies that align with our ecommerce objectives Conducting advanced keyword research and opportunity analysis Pro-actively identifying and prioritising initiatives that drive organic traffic and improve rankings Collaborating with our agency & tech team to optimise site architecture, internal linking, and technical SEO elements Leading improvements across core web vitals, site speed, schema markup, and device usability Managing canonicalisation, hreflang, redirects, and URL structure with precision Driving offsite authority through Digital PR and outreach campaigns About you. Deep understanding of SEO, Google crawling, indexing, and search intent Expertise in metadata, content gap analysis, and EEAT principles Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior team members A data-driven mindset with a focus on cross-channel integration and prioritisation Experience working with tools like Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, Search Console, Bing Webmaster, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Jira Experience working in a fast paced digital retail environment Some of our benefits.
