POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO Manager to strategically build, execute, and optimize comprehensive SEO campaigns. You’ll be directly responsible for technical SEO, content strategy utilizing tools such as SurferSEO, on-page optimizations, backlink strategies, and more. This position offers a direct pathway to an SEO Director role within the first year,based on performance.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 4-6 years of demonstrable SEO experience, required within an agency setting
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding SEO results

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Expert understanding of search algorithms and comprehensive knowledge of Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO strategies
  • Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools including Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, GTM, Looker Studio, and Google Search Console
  • Experience in content optimization platforms such as SurferSEO
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress, AEM, Drupal, and Webflow
  • Familiarity with project management systems like Zoho Projects, Asana, Basecamp, etc.
  • Interest or experience in integrating AI technology into SEO workflows

Responsibilities
  • Strategically manage and directly execute SEO campaigns across 15-20 client accounts, maintaining regular and effective communication with each of the client’s Account Managers.
  • Personally perform comprehensive technical audits, identify critical optimization opportunities, and prioritize actions based on their potential impact.
  • Implement content strategy and optimization processes hands-on using tools such as SurferSEO to improve organic performance.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, competitive analyses, and generate actionable content ideas.
  • Directly strategize and execute link-building campaigns by analyzing competitor backlink profiles and proactively securing high-value backlinks.
  • Analyze SEO performance data (Traffic, ROI, CTR, conversions) utilizing tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and deliver insightful, actionable reports to clients.
  • Stay informed and adapt to industry trends and algorithm changes, integrating best practices directly into SEO strategies.
  • Seek out, evaluate, and implement innovative frameworks and tools, including leveraging AI, to increase SEO workflow efficiency.
