About the role We’re looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute SEO strategies that fuel measurable lead generation and revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives both strategically and tactically—someone who can identify opportunities, implement improvements, and continuously optimize performance. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to strengthen search presence, improve website performance, and maximize conversions from organic channels. What You’ll Do SEO Strategy & Execution Own and execute comprehensive on-page, technical, and off-page SEO strategies Conduct in-depth keyword research aligned with buyer intent, customer journey stages, and business goals Audit and optimize website content, landing pages, and site structure for improved rankings and UX Identify and resolve technical SEO issues including crawlability, indexing, page speed, and Core Web Vitals Develop and implement backlink growth strategies through outreach and partnerships Content & Growth Optimization Partner with marketing teams to build SEO-driven content strategies (blogs, landing pages, resource hubs) Optimize internal linking, CTAs, and user pathways to improve conversion from organic traffic Increase search visibility for high-intent audiences and improve qualified pipeline generation Analytics & Performance Monitor rankings, website traffic, and SEO KPIs using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console Track SEO performance through GA4 and conversion analytics Deliver regular performance reports with actionable recommendations tied to business outcomes What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience Proven success driving organic traffic growth and measurable business outcomes (leads, revenue, conversions) Strong technical SEO expertise (site architecture, schema, indexing, performance optimization) Advanced proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking Ability to communicate SEO insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders Nice to have Experience in B2B, marketplace, or lead generation environments Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Webflow, HubSpot CMS, or Payload Basic HTML/CSS knowledge Experience collaborating with developers on technical SEO implementations Knowledge of content strategy and editorial planning What do we offer? 🌎Work remotely from anywhere in LATAM 💲Salary in USD 🔥Be part of a growth focused marketing team 🚀Make a direct impact on lead generation and business growth 🤝Collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing leaders
