QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 2 -3 years of experience as automotive service advisor in a dealership is a must.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers promptly and professionally, obtaining necessary vehicle information and warranty status.
• Service Recommendations: Assess customer needs by asking questions about vehicle performance, issues, and service history. Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs.
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for service work and manage follow-ups to ensure timely completion of services.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with technicians to communicate customer concerns and ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs.
