JOB SUMMARY

Capilano Volkswagen, a leading car dealership in North Vancouver, is seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our award-winning team. In this role, you will manage customer interactions related to vehicle maintenance and repair, advise on necessary services, create and maintain service orders, and take on a leadership role to ensure that the Service Department is running profitably and performing to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, automotive knowledge, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience required.
• Prior experience using Tekion, Kimoby, and automotive service platforms highly preferred.
• Experience in a customer-facing role within a car dealership and knowledge of basic automotive repair processes and systems are assets.
• Excellent interpersonal spoken and written communication skills in English are essential.
• Fluency in Farsi or Mandarin is a tremendous asset.
• Proficiency with automotive repair software and diagnostic tools, and previous training with Volkswagen Group (VW, Porsche, Audi) systems is highly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting timelines and providing exceptional customer service.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

• Process invoices and handle customer payments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle history.
• Assist with inventory management of parts and supplies as needed.
