Vacancy: Senior Service Advisor
Location: Nottingham, East Midlands
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:30 & 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30 - 13:00
Salary: Basic: £30,000 to £32,000 OTE £37,000

Key Responsibilities: Senior Service Advisor / Supervisor

• Maintain an organised and efficient approach to workload management in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Accurately update customer records and job statuses within the company system.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices.
• Assist in training new team members and supporting ongoing staff development
