SENIOR SERVICE ADVISOR – AUTOMOTIVE & POWERSPORTS.

The Serpa Automotive Group – Automotive & Powersports Division.

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to join our team. Representing top OEM brands including Yamaha and Suzuki, as well as our full line of automotive services, you will be the key link between our customers and our service department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3+ years of automotive service advising experience (powersports experience a strong asset).
  • Familiarity with PBS dealership management software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong technical understanding of both automotive and powersports service.
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build trust.Professional, team-oriented attitude with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs.
  • Prepare accurate repair orders, estimates, and work schedules.
  • Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and the service team.
  • Ensure all work is completed to OEM standards (Yamaha, Suzuki, and leading automotive brands).
  • Handle warranty claims and ensure compliance with OEM guidelines.
  • Build lasting customer relationships and contribute to department growth.
