Description

Job Title: Female Service Advisor – Garage (Sales Target with commission)
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our garage team. The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact between customers and the garage, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth communication regarding vehicle repairs and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and gather necessary information about their vehicles.
  • Service Recommendations: Assess customers’ needs, advise on necessary repairs, maintenance, and service options, and offer suitable solutions.
  • Estimate Preparation: Provide customers with cost estimates for repairs and maintenance services, explaining the details of the work required.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule vehicle repairs and services, ensuring timely completion and efficient workflow in the garage.
  • Communication with Technicians: Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication about vehicle issues, repairs, and progress.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers on service completion, ensure satisfaction, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Warranty and Insurance Coordination: Assist customers with warranty claims or insurance processes, if applicable.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, work orders, parts used, and any other relevant information.
  • Sales: Promote additional services and products (such as parts, accessories, or extended warranties) to customers as appropriate.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, offering solutions, and going the extra mile to meet client needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive or garage environment. Experience in customer service is also beneficial.
  • Automotive Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance (mechanical or technical knowledge is a plus).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer management software (e.g., garage management systems)

  • Education: High school diploma (required); additional certifications or training in automotive service or customer service is a plus.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per mont
