We are currently searching for a Senior Service Advisor superstar to join our Service Department on a full time, permanent basis to help us continue to raise the bar in customer care.

• Being the friendly face and first impression for our customers.
• Clearly explaining the work required and the work completed.
• Keeping customers updated on their vehicle’s progress and any additional repairs needed.
• Making service bookings via phone, email and in person.
• Providing accurate quotations for parts and servicing.
• Assist with parts quoting and ordering.
• Maintaining accurate customer records.
• Processing invoices and taking payments.
