My Client in Wokingham is looking to recruit a Senior Service Co-ordinator to join their friendly team.
This is a really great role supervising tasks for a team of 4. This role can also be hybrid working 3 days in the office each week.
The team is dedicated to providing the highest levels of customer service, you will be the primary point of contact within EMEA to coordinate the company SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) contractual obligations as well as the service activity provided by 3rd party approved repair depots and subcontractors. Tasks include service quote creation and billing, as well as investigating and resolving issues that arise.
Responsibilities:
Obtain quotes and delivery times from Vendors and coordinate delivery of goods
Weekly monitor completed repair activity and submit repair reports including costsEnsure all activity completed is paid by the end of each monthWeekly monitor completed service activity and submit reports including costsEnsure all activity completed is paid by the end of each monthWeekly monitor consumption and secure stock replacements for EMEANotify of High Failure parts and alert ManagementConfirming contractual obligations have been metHighlighting total costs against revenueEscalate service delivery concerns to managementAlert management of customer escalations / ongoing issuesSkills:
The salary offered is between £35,000 and £38,000 with excellent benefits.
The hours of work are 8.30 to 5pm Monday to Friday, working hybrid or in the office.
