Description

My Client in Wokingham is looking to recruit a Senior Service Co-ordinator to join their friendly team.
This is a really great role supervising tasks for a team of 4. This role can also be hybrid working 3 days in the office each week.
The team is dedicated to providing the highest levels of customer service, you will be the primary point of contact within EMEA to coordinate the company SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) contractual obligations as well as the service activity provided by 3rd party approved repair depots and subcontractors. Tasks include service quote creation and billing, as well as investigating and resolving issues that arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Issue Service Quotes for all chargeable activity not included under the SLA
  • Weekly monitor service activity completed and submit quotes to customersEnsure all activity completed is invoiced by the end of the month
  • Issue Purchase Orders to Vendors for non-company items and services required

Obtain quotes and delivery times from Vendors and coordinate delivery of goods

  • Control the Service Activity Completed by 3rd party repair centres

Weekly monitor completed repair activity and submit repair reports including costsEnsure all activity completed is paid by the end of each monthWeekly monitor completed service activity and submit reports including costsEnsure all activity completed is paid by the end of each monthWeekly monitor consumption and secure stock replacements for EMEANotify of High Failure parts and alert ManagementConfirming contractual obligations have been metHighlighting total costs against revenueEscalate service delivery concerns to managementAlert management of customer escalations / ongoing issuesSkills:

  • Control the Service Activity Completed by subcontractors
  • Secure Critical Stock Levels to support Contractual Obligations in EMEA
  • Monthly report detailed EMEASLA Activity completed
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and creatively in order to increase customer satisfaction
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar supervisor / team leader role required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Data Entry, Attention to Detail, Target Focused
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise & manage own workload
  • Exceptional ability to immediately respond to Customer Claims from start to finish

The salary offered is between £35,000 and £38,000 with excellent benefits.
The hours of work are 8.30 to 5pm Monday to Friday, working hybrid or in the office.
