They manage maintenance, vendors, and services, and mentor junior staff. * We are seeking a Senior Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at Leminar Integrated Facilities Management. * The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of assigned facilities, ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient environment for all occupants. * They will act as a key point of contact for emergencies, service requests, and stakeholder coordination. * This role involves managing multiple client facility operations, overseeing vendor performance, and administering CAFM/CMMS systems. * The coordinator will also support space planning, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Additionally, they will conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments, and mentor junior staff.
