Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will take ownership of the delivery of one or more complex service contracts, becoming a trusted advisor for our aerospace client.

  • Lead the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle for one or more complex engagements, ensuring high performance, compliance, and value delivery.
  • Serve as the primary senior contact for the client, operating within a secure framework with elevated expectations around reliability and governance.
  • Build strong client relationships, managing expectations, identifying opportunities, and resolving issues proactively.
  • Align service operations with financial, operational, and strategic objectives.
  • Ensure delivery excellence within regulated environments, particularly those with a focus on safety, security, and risk management.
  • Actively identify and secure extensions, renewals, and new business opportunities within the account.
  • Oversee governance, reporting, and compliance processes while fostering continuous improvement across service operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
