Description
  • 🧭 What You’ll Lead and DoEnd‑to‑end IT infrastructure delivery for global accounts across multiple regions
  • Meeting and exceeding SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Data center leadership — capacity planning, virtualization, DR, hardware lifecycle
  • Multi‑cloud operations across Azure, AWS, and GCP
  • Network & Cybersecurity management (SD‑WAN, segmentation, ISO/GDPR compliance)
  • Digital Workplace transformation including VDI, endpoint strategy, and UX improvement
  • P&L ownership — budgets, forecasting, cost optimization
  • Driving automation & operational intelligence using tools like ServiceNow, Grafana, Azure Arc
  • Leading and mentoring teams of up to 100+ FTEs
  • Acting as a trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders


  • 🎯 What You BringBachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 10–12+ years in IT Infrastructure Service Delivery within global environments
  • Demonstrated leadership managing large, multi-country operational teams
  • Deep knowledge of ITIL, managed services, service desk operations
  • Proven expertise across:
  • Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Networking & Cybersecurity
  • Automation & monitoring tools
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience owning budgets and cost performance
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent German & English (C1/C2)
  • Experience in regulated sectors (Manufacturing/Energy/Finance) is a strong plus
  • Certifications like ITIL V3/V4, PMP, CCNA, ISO 9001, CSM are preferred
