Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

NHP have a unique opportunity for a SENIOR SERVICE DESK ANALYST based in Sydney. We are keen to find the right fit for this position and the team and are open to training someone who has the right attitude, energy and enthusiasm.
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, your role will be responsible for providing first class technical support.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Industry Certifications such as:
  • o ITIL Foundation (for IT service management best practices)
  • o Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or other relevant Microsoft certifications
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, DevOps).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic scripting (e.g., PowerShell)
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
