Senior Service Engineer (Key Account)    Thailand | Mindray   This is a role for someone who enjoys building real partnerships with hospitals — understanding what they need, shaping service solutions around it, and growing long-term relationships that matter to both sides. You'll work closely with distributors and internal teams to deliver service excellence to our most strategic accounts.   What you'll do Customer & market management Understand Thailand's healthcare service market (public and private) and identify Strategic Key Accounts. Work closely with distributors to define and deliver competitive service solutions and SLAs for key accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders to support account growth and long-term cooperation.   Service solutions & business development Identify customer pain points and service opportunities and provide tailored solutions. Drive service-related business growth — service contracts, spare parts, upgrades — together with partners. Establish service KOLs and enhance company influence through professional service delivery.   Project & solution support Support key projects by coordinating internal teams (sales, service, HQ) and external stakeholders. Provide technical and solution support during pre-sales and project execution. Contribute to system-level solution discussions where needed (e.g. device connectivity, workflow optimization).   Capability building Provide training and enablement to distributors and customers to strengthen service capability. Continuously improve service processes based on customer feedback and field experience.   What you'll bring Education & experience Bachelor's degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Medical, or a related field. 3–5 years in medical device service, service sales, or key account management. Experience with PMLS or MIS is highly preferred.   Market & business knowledge Strong understanding of hospital workflows and the local healthcare system. Experience in service contracts or service business development (preferred). Established relationships with key hospitals are a strong advantage.   Digital & integration exposure Exposure to medical IT systems (HIS/EMR/LIS) or device connectivity is a plus. Basic understanding of digital service or integration projects is welcome but not required.   Ways of working Fluent English required; Thai is a plus. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities. Willing to travel within Thailand.   Nice to have Background in PMLS / MIS / IVD products. Experience in Service KA, service sales, or solution selling. Familiarity with channel collaboration models and hospital-level integrated solutions.
