JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and maintenance services for our products. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution and timely service delivery.
Will be lots of travel worldwide.

SKILLS

  • Strong technical aptitude with a background in engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues effectively.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software relevant to the industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a technical service context is advantageous.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred for travel to various customer locations.
