Mechanical Group is actively seeking a Senior Service Manager to lead and elevate our service operations in Northern California, based out of our Morgan Hill office.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on mentoring technicians, ensuring top-tier service delivery, and driving local market performance.

• Lead, mentor, and train a growing team of commercial HVAC-R technicians
• Conduct in-field quality control and on-the-job training (~20% field-based)
• Manage work order flow, approve estimates, and oversee PO processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key local customers
• Collaborate with HR on technician recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
• Support operational efficiency and financial performance in your market
