ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Manager to lead and manage our Fire & Security Service Department. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take ownership of regional service operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact, driving operational excellence, leading a talented team, and building strong client relationships while ensuring commercial performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide total operational control for the regional service department
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners
  • Lead, support, and develop Client Managers and field operatives
  • Ensure compliance with fire, health & safety, and environmental legislation
  • Oversee service works, performance reviews, and team development
  • Manage response, repair, and maintenance schedules in line with SLAs/KPIs
  • Deliver monthly revenue targets and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Work closely with internal teams including Projects, Marketing, HR, and Operations
