Key Responsibilities The key duties and responsibilities of the Senior Service Manager include, but are not limited to: Oversee the service team to deliver high-quality support to clients. Coordinate service schedules and ensure timely resolution of issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Monitor service performance and implement improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in heavy truck or commercial vehicle service management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Technical knowledge of heavy truck systems preferred.
