Job Description As a CMDB specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and evolution of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Manage and improve the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) Monitor and ensure the performance and health of the ServiceNow instance Review and optimize configurations (CIs, attributes, workflows, groups) Prepare the CMDB to support efficient ITSM processes Automate processes and propose continuous improvements Manage access (roles, users, and permissions) Implement updates and manage deployments across environments Create reports, notifications, and data import templates Resolve technical incidents and provide daily support Produce technical documentation and train users What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow (senior/expert level) Strong knowledge of CMDB (configuration and administration) Hands-on experience with development and deployment in ServiceNow Good knowledge of: JavaScript, HTML, XML APIs (REST / SOAP) Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving Knowledge of ITSM (preferred) Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset Good communication skills and team spirit Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field English level B2–C1 Nice to Have: ServiceNow CSA certification CMDB Fundamentals Knowledge of ITOM / Infrastructure CIS Discovery or Service Mapping ITIL Foundation
