This position is responsible for independently completing standard HVAC service work, basic to moderate diagnostics, and delivering consistent quality and professionalism. Core Responsibilities - Diagnose and repair common residential HVAC issues. - Complete service calls independently with limited supervision. - Escalate advanced diagnostics appropriately. - Maintain accurate documentation and customer communication. - Follow all safety and company procedures. Performance Expectations Category Expectation Revenue $7,000-$8,000 Weekly Callback Rate 7-9% Billable Efficiency 70-75% Documentation Accuracy 100% compliant Safety Compliance Zero preventable violations Qualifications - 2- 3 years of HVAC service experience - EPA Universal Certification (Required} - Ability to independently diagnose and repair common residential HVAC issues - Professional and clear communication with customers - Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Role Clarification: This position focuses on completing standard service work with quality and professionalism, without responsibility for technical leadership or training.
