This position is responsible for independently completing standard HVAC service work, basic to moderate diagnostics, and delivering consistent quality and professionalism. Core Responsibilities - Diagnose and repair common residential HVAC issues. - Complete service calls independently with limited supervision. - Escalate advanced diagnostics appropriately. - Maintain accurate documentation and customer communication. - Follow all safety and company procedures.
