As a Senior Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and safety of Tobii Dynavox’s medical devices. You will maintain, repair, and troubleshoot devices in compliance with health and safety regulations in collaboration with our Technical Support, Quality, and Supply Chain teams,
Please Note: This is an onsite role at our office in Stockholm City, which also includes our warehouse. We welcome candidates who are within commuting distance to Stockholm city!

In this role, you will:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with medical devices.
  • Ensure repair activities comply with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Manage ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures through training, testing, and inbound inspection of spare parts.
  • Provide training and mentoring to service technicians and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the world to resolve customer issues, optimize workflows, maintain repair parts inventory and accurate repair documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing medical devices or similar equipment.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer hardware (soldering experience is a bonus).
  • At least 3 years in technical, customer service, or repair roles.
  • Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Leadership experience, such as mentoring or coaching, is highly valued.
  • Advanced problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
