Join our growing ServiceNow Platform team as a Senior ServiceNow Analyst reporting to the ServiceNow Platform Lead. In this role, your primary focus will be on managing and optimizing the ITOM suite, including Discovery, MID Server infrastructure, and Event Management. You’ll also contribute to broader platform administration tasks and support core ITSM processes as needed. Collaborating with IT, infrastructure, and security teams, you’ll play a critical role in improving visibility, automation, and operational health across our technology landscape.
