QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• ServiceNow Certified Administration
• ServiceNow CIS ITSMServiceNow Certified Application Developer

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

• Custom application development in ServiceNow, Portal development and ‘Knowledge of best practice OOTB ServiceNow ITSM and/or other relevant ServiceNow application configuration (CIS ITOM)
• Experience in providing creative solutions to business problems and working with ServiceNow, IT Service Management (ITIL) processes including Asset Management, metrics and key performance indicators
• Team collaboration and communication skills
• Excellent documentation and presentation skillsAbility to mentor/lead junior team members

• Provide expertise and delivery of ServiceNow based consulting initiatives
• Communicate technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts in understandable business terms
• Participate in business stakeholder workshops and showcases
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise
