We are in search of an adept ServiceNow Developer with a track record of skillfully crafting and maintaining ServiceNow forms, coupled with proficiency in managing REST API/SOAP integrations. As a key contributor, you will drive the integration of ServiceNow into Cloud operations, actively participating in the design, development, and optimization of features within our agile and dynamic environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
  • Thorough familiarity with REST API/SOAP integration, covering both development and troubleshooting perspectives
  • Proficiency in VCS (GitLab/GitHub) for effective version control
  • Scripting experience within ServiceNow (Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, etc.)
  • Expertise in JavaScript coding, emphasizing code reuse and adherence to coding best practices
  • Excellent understanding of ServiceNow best practices, latest features, and hands-on implementation and design experience
  • Comfortable operating within an Agile methodology, coupled with experience in unit testing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of relational database concepts
  • B2+ English level
Responsibilities
  • Initiating the development cycle of ServiceNow forms, from conceptualization to deployment
  • Providing ongoing support and development for existing ServiceNow forms, including troubleshooting and remediation
  • Collaborating closely on integrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring seamless support and taking ownership of stories and/or tasks
  • Supporting the Cloud Engineering team(s) in the testing of both new and existing ServiceNow components
  • Working closely with development peers, product leadership, and technical staff to devise inventive and impactful solutions
  • Playing a significant role in feature design, development, and optimization within a dynamic Agile development environment
  • Maintaining consistently high-quality standards at every stage of development
  • Offering technical insights for new feature requirements, collaborating with business owners and architects
  • Guiding and mentoring team members with less experience to enhance their skills and foster career growth
  • Actively participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards
