Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide Scripting to develop Proof of Concept (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Strong experience in ServiceNow integration methods (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.) and third-party integrations to showcase cross-platform capabilities. Mandatory Certifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are required. Demonstrated ability to build tools, utilities, and intuitive interfaces using Service Portal and UI Builder to simplify demo creation and improve scalability.
