QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in a related field.
  • Licenses/Certifications – SPM Implementation (preferred)
  • Exposure to the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module is a bonus.
  • No travel requirements
  • Individual contributor – no direct reports

Responsibilities
  • Promote WWT Core Values and best practices.
  • Partner with external vendors, and internal teams to manage implementations and ongoing support.
  • Support the development of technical solutions and provide ongoing assistance and consultation to resolve problems to ensure the solutions meet the end users’ requirements.
  • Research technical specifications, articulates technical messages, and display deep technical expertise through well-written, well-organized, and professional documents for technical use and according to technical standards.
  • Lead discussions with peers and business stakeholders, actively listening and questioning/clarifying information to ensure understanding of customer technology needs and solutions.
  • Translate problem scope and suggested solution to both product owner and stakeholders.
  • Work in a Scaled Agile environment to deliver solutions.
  • Understand and promote the bigger picture of ServiceNow platform usage within WWT by using large-scale thinking when working on projects.
  • Act as an advisor and peer to ServiceNow Analyst in managing configurations and customizations.
  • Develop ServiceNow solutions focusing on ServiceNow SP
