We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow GRC Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow’s GRC modules, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, and Audit Management. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor GRC applications to meet our business needs and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Design and Development: Customize and configure ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, and Audit Management.
  • Implementation: Lead the implementation of GRC solutions, including creating workflows, forms, and reports to support governance, risk, and compliance processes.
  • Integration: Integrate ServiceNow GRC modules with other systems and applications as needed to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow GRC applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for customizations, configurations, and integrations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including IT, compliance, and risk management teams, to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with ServiceNow updates and best practices, recommending enhancements and improvements to existing GRC solutions.
